Subcontractor/Material Supply/Service Application

I hereby apply for membership with Arizona Construction Trades, Inc. I agree to abide by and comply with all rules and regulations contained in the ACT association bylaws. My business is actively engaged as a general contractor, subcontracting or in supplying materials to the construction industry.

Contributions or gifts to ACT are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses.” (Any other example for dues from Notice 88-120 may also be used).

Membership Dues:

Option #1 - Payment in Full - $495.00/year

Option #2 - Semi-Annual payments of $275.00 each - total of $550.00/year

Option #3 - *Monthly Dues $50 per month (2 months required to join - $100) - total of $600.00/year 

*Monthly payments require a credit card on file which will be processed by the 5th of each month

Communications Permission

By providing fax # and email address, we agree to receive facsimiles/email communications from ACT regarding membership, meetings, seminars, special events and other ACT related information so we can take full advantage of the various programs and services offered by the Arizona Construction Trades.

This information is important and confidential. The association needs it in order to provide you better service and more effective representation in the construction industry. It will not be released on an individual company basis. We appreciate your membership. Thank you.
